The Administration Division ensures financial stewardship and long-term municipal financial stability to City services, assets and facilities.


The Community Engagement Division encompasses the Livability Team, the Traffic Team, School Resource Officer program, the Code Enforcement program, Community Service Officers, the Photo Enforcement program, and the Community Resource/Cultural Outreach program. 


The Criminal Investigations Division provides professional criminal and financial crimes investigations for the City of Medford, as well as other law enforcement agencies as requested.


MADGE/IMET Task Force is a gang and narcotics team comprised of local, state and federal investigators that work in partnership with other government agencies to share information and resources to dismantle drug trafficking and other criminal organizations operating in the Jackson County area.


The Patrol Division of the Medford Police Department is the fundamental first line of defense against crime in Medford.


The Property & Evidence holds thousands of items of evidence, found property and property held as safekeeping.


The Records Division collects, maintains and retrieves police data in order to support other division operations, other government agencies, and the public.
