City Recorder's Office The City Recorder's Office oversees the election process, supports City Council meetings, facilitates public records requests, manages the City's ordinances, resolutions and proclamations, and provides information to help the community participate in the City's decision-making process.

Downtown Parking The City of Medford Downtown Parking Management Plan is designed to provide convenient and efficient public parking for downtown visitors, students, businesses, employees, faculty, residents and volunteers. The plan is designed to maintain a balance between all of these competing needs.Parking is not enforced on weekends or City-observed holidays.
