V-Pay

Vendors have the option of enrolling in V-Pay, where the City remits payment through a Visa Commercial Card instead of check or other payment methods.  Benefits to you include:

• Accelerated payment and improved cash flow
• Reduced paperwork and streamlined accounts receivables process
• Real-time notifications for each card payment
• Complete remittance detail to support efficient receivables posting

The City may advertise formal bids in any of the following locations:

• City of Medford website
• Grants Pass Daily Courier
• Daily Journal of Commerce
• Additional publications, if needed, to ensure competition.
