Blighted areas exist within the City of Medford and therefore the need for an urban renewal agency to function in the City exists. The agency is known as the "Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Medford." The agency is exercised by a Board of Directors comprised of the City Council and Mayor, and shall have all of the powers provided in Chapter 457, Oregon Revised Statutes.
Meetings are held monthly at 6:00pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
