INVITATION TO BID
Jackson Pool Demolition Project
The City of Medford (here in to referred to as Owner) invites the submission of bids: Jackson Pool Demolition Project. The project includes removal of the outdoor swimming pools, concrete decking, a detached 500 SF restroom, and miscellaneous site and indoor utility features. A mandatory pre-bid walk is scheduled for 10:00 am on March 17, 2026 at the site located at 815 Summitt Avenue in Medford.

Bids must be returned no later than 2:00 PM PDT, March 27, 2026. Late bids shall be rejected. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure bids to the ITB are submitted prior to the deadline.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all bids upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public.
