Medford Parks & Recreation Foundation

The Medford Parks and Recreation Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), was established in 2005. The Foundation raises funds, fosters partnerships, and advocates in support of specific projects and activities that benefit our City parks and recreation programs.

The Foundation is funded primarily through support by individuals, groups and businesses who are committed to the preservation and expansion of youth and adult programs as well as the City park and trail system.

Parks & Recreation Strategic Plan

In 2024, the City of Medford updated its Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan (formerly known as the Leisure Services Plan) to shape the next 10 years of citywide park and recreation services. Adopted by City Council in December 2024, the Plan addresses systemwide needs, identifies specific improvements, and outlines goals and policies for future actions based on community priorities and needs.

City of Medford Downtown Parking Lot Maintenance 

RFP 26-004 – MPRFD

The City of Medford Parks, Recreation, & Facilities Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform maintenance work on several of the City’s downtown parking lots. This work will include asphalt crack sealing, applying emulsion sealcoat, line striping and ADA compliance markings. Contractor will be responsible for providing the City with a schedule of work that must be approved prior to project start. Contractor will be responsible for blocking off parking lots ahead of work and posting signage to announce lot closure dates. Weekend work is preferred to minimize disruption to the public. If weekend work is an option, please provide alternate cost on Quote Schedule.

Architectural Design Services for Baseball Stadium

The City of Medford (here in to referred to as Owner) invites the submission of proposals for: Architectural Design Services for Baseball Stadium.

The complete Request for Proposal (RFP) document may be obtained through BidNet at: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/oregon/medford

Responses must be returned no later than 4 p.m., PDT, April 28, 2026. Late proposals shall be rejected. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure responses to the RFP are submitted prior to the deadline.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
