City of Medford Downtown Parking Lot Maintenance
The City of Medford Parks, Recreation, & Facilities Department is seeking a qualified contractor to perform maintenance work on several of the City’s downtown parking lots. This work will include asphalt crack sealing, applying emulsion sealcoat, line striping and ADA compliance markings. Contractor will be responsible for providing the City with a schedule of work that must be approved prior to project start. Contractor will be responsible for blocking off parking lots ahead of work and posting signage to announce lot closure dates. Weekend work is preferred to minimize disruption to the public. If weekend work is an option, please provide alternate cost on Quote Schedule.
Questions regarding specifications shall be submitted through Bid Net Direct.
PROPOSAL DUE DATE
All proposals shall be received no later than 3:00PM, local time, May 11, 2026 through Bid Net Direct.

The City of Medford (here in to referred to as Owner) invites the submission of proposals for: Architectural Design Services for Baseball Stadium.

Responses must be returned no later than 4 p.m., PDT, April 28, 2026. Late proposals shall be rejected. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to ensure responses to the RFP are submitted prior to the deadline.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject, for good cause, any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. The City reserves the right to waive any and all informalities if it is deemed in the best interest of the public.
