Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, you must provide written notification (parks@cityofmedford.org) at least 5 business days before the start of the camp week. For a partial refund of 50%, a written notification must be received at least 3 business days before the camp begins (specifically, by the Wednesday prior).

Please note, there are no refunds available within 48 hours of the camp starting. Additionally, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from ALL refunds by MPRD.
