Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and will be kept on file through December 31. Applicants may be contacted if a vacancy becomes available.
The appointment process is as follows:
- Submit a completed application
- City staff will contact selected applicants to schedule an interview
- Most appointments to Boards, Commissions, and Committees are made at a regular City Council meeting
The City of Medford’s Boards, Commissions, and Committees serve in an advisory role to the City Council. Most positions require members to either live within Medford city limits or the Urban Growth Boundary, or own property within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary. Meetings are typically held at least once per month.
