Public Notice of No Significant Impact & Intent to Request Funding

Medford will submit a request to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the Critical Home Repair Program. In addition,City of Medford has determined under 24 CFR Part 58 that the project will have no significant impact on the human environment. An Environmental Impact Statement under NEPA is not required.
