Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held before the Site Plan and Architectural Commission on Friday, August 21, 2026.
What is being considered? Consideration of a proposal for development of a 27,233 square foot Jackson County dog care facility. Project would occur on a single, 27.82 net acre parcel (371W06 TL 2607), located in northeast Medford, at the western terminus of Kingsley Drive, with frontage along Grumman and Kingsley Drives. Parcel is GLUP-designated Commercial (CM), zoned Heavy Industrial (I-H) (see concurrent Zone Change ZC-26-187), and lies within the (A-R) Airport Radar and (A-C) Airport Area of Concern Overlays. Proposal includes application for an Exception, requesting relief from requirements at MLDC 10.425 Street Access and Dedication Requirements.

Meeting Information: Site Plan and Architectural Commission meetings are typically held First and Third Friday of the month at 12:00 noon in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
