Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held before the Medford Site Plan and Architectural Commission on Friday, May 1, 2026. This public hearing has been continued to the June 5, 2026, meeting.
What is being considered? Consideration of plans for the construction of 162-unit multi-family development consisting of 15 buildings on one parcel totaling approximately 7.23 acres located east of the future Gaylee Avenue extension and north of future Dakota Avenue extension. The development is within the MFR-30 (Multi- Family Residential – 20 to 30 dwelling units per gross acre) zoning district (372W26CD351). This item has been continued to the June 5, 2026, Meeting.

Meeting Information: Sitr Plan and Architectural Commission meetings are typically held First and Third Friday of the month at 12:00pm noon in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
