Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held before the Site Plan and Architectural Commission on Friday, June 5, 2026.
What is being considered? Consideration plans for the construction of three apartment buildings consisting of 24 units total on two parcels totaling approximately 1.15 acres located north of East Barnett Road and approximately 300 feet west of Crestbrook Road together with an Exception request to allow for parking to be located between the street and the proposed development. The development is within the C-S/P (Service Commercial and Professional Offices) and MFR-20 (Multi-Family Residential – 15 to 20 dwelling units per gross acre) zoning districts.

Meeting Information: Sight Plan and Architectural Commission meetings are typically held First and the Third Friday of the month at 12:00pm noon in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
