Liquor License Endorsement

Step 1.First things first

• Make sure the OLCC has done their first review of your application!  That's important! 
• Do you have your City of Medford business license?  You will need a business license set up or already in review before we can accept your OLCC application

Step 2.How to submit your OLCC application to the City of Medford

• Four ways to submit your OLCC application:
  1. Email:  businesslicenses@cityofmedford.org
  2. In person:  200 S. Ivy Street,  Lausmann Annex, Second Floor
  3. By mail:  City of Medford Attn: B/L, 200 S. Ivy Street, Medford, OR 97501
  4. Fax:  541-618-1726

Step 3.Approval and Payment

• Review process of your application takes approximately 1-2 weeks
• The fee is $100
• Once the review process is completed, we will contact you for payment if you have not paid already
• Payments can be made online, in person or by mail
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, check or cash (all credit cards will be charge a 2.69% processing fee) 
• We will endorse your OLCC application and return it to you by email or in person
• You are responsible for returning your application to the OLCC for final processing

Annual Fee - going forward

• Annual $35 endorsement fee due to the City of Medford
• You should receive your OLCC renewal paperwork sometime in the month of July each year
• Before you pay the OLCC fee's, you will need to pay your $35 endorsement fee to the City of Medford
