Liquor License Endorsement

Step 1.First things first

• Do you have your City of Medford business license?  You will need a business license set up or already in review before we can accept your OLCC application

Step 2.How to submit your OLCC application to the City of Medford

• Submit your OLCC application to us for endorsement:
  1. Email:  businesslicenses@cityofmedford.org
  2. In person:  200 S. Ivy Street,  Lausmann Annex, Second Floor
  3. By mail:  City of Medford Attn: B/L, 200 S. Ivy Street, Medford, OR 97501

Step 3.Approval and Payment

• Review process of your application takes approximately 3-7 business days
• The fee is $100
• Payments can be made online, in person or by mail
• We will endorse your OLCC application and return it to you by email or in person
• You are responsible for returning your application to the OLCC for final processing

Annual Fee - going forward

• Annual $35 endorsement fee due to the City of Medford / due before paying your annual OLCC fee's
