Business License FAQ's

• Your City of Medford business license renews annually
• You will be sent a renewal notice by mail approximately 30 days prior to your expiration date
• A late fee of $25 will be assessed if you do not renew by your expiration date
• After renewing your business license, an updated license will be sent by mail within 7 business days
•  If you close your business, you can inform us by:

• If you are coming into Medford to do business here, you will need a business license
