A public hearing will be held before the Medford Planning Commission on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 5:30 P.M.
What is being considered? Consideration of Maple Park Subdivision, a proposed 12-lot residential subdivision; along with a zone change of the property from SFR-00 to SFR-10. The property consists of a single parcel, developed with a single-family residence, and totaling approximately 1.57 acres, located at the northwest corner of Nicholas Lee Drive and Maple Park Drive.

Meeting Information: Planning Commission meetings are typically held the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
