Jury Duty

Medford Municipal Court hold jury trials on Fridays unless otherwise noted.  The Court obtains information from the Jackson County voter registration list each year.

If you have received a summons and no longer live in the City of Medford please notify the Court via email at court@cityofmedford.org and please update your information with the Jackson County voter registration office.

Arraignment

The purpose of an arraignment is to enter a plea.  You will be notified or your rights and your charges.  You may apply for a court appointed attorney on a criminal case.  If you received a citation for a criminal charge appearance in person is mandatory.  Failure to appear will result in a warrant being issued for your arrest.
