Permits and Requests

Permit requests can be submitted online.  Staff will check submitted applications each weekday and will call you with the cost of the permit.  Permits can be paid with a Credit Card over the phone, or you can mail in a check to the City of Medford.  Once payment has been received, the permit will be mailed or faxed to you.
