Oregon's Risk and Safety Framework
The State of Oregon has created health and safety framework to determine each county's risk level based on the spread of COVID-19. Effective February 26, Jackson County is classified in the High Risk Level, which allows for increased indoor capacity at businesses and organizations.
- For each level, counties will need to adhere to the State's corresponding Risk Level guidance.
- County risk level will be regularly determined and published by the Oregon Health Authority. They may designate a waiting period before counties move up or down a risk level.

Masks Required Statewide: Updated Guidelines
Using cloth, paper, or disposal face coverings can help reduce the risk of spreading or contacting COVID-19 and is required statewide for people over five years of age any time you are away from your home or not in your personal vehicle.
The Oregon Health Authority does not recommend wearing a plastic face shield alone. If you have a medical condition that makes it hard to breathe or a disability that prevents you from wearing a mask, you can request an accommodation from the business or venue or transit authority.
Visit Oregon Health Authority's website for more details on mask requirements.
