How to Submit

Land use applications are to be submitted in both paper and electronic form.    

Step 1.Email

  • Email PDF formatted application(s) to planning@cityofmedford.orgOR
  • Submit on a flash drive or other USB storage device (will not be returned)

Use the following naming convention:

  • Application Form and Attachments (includes legal description)
  • Applicant’s Narrative and/or Questionnaire
  • Site Plan
  • Architectural Plans
  • Landscape Plan
  • Conceptual Stormwater Plan
  • Slope Analysis (if required)
  • Constraints Analysis (if required)
  • Agricultural Impact Assessment (if required)
  • Other studies or supplemental information should be named so it is readily identifiable.

 

AND

 

Step 2.Paper

One (1) complete application, with one set of 11" x 17" plans (as applicable)
