Step 1.Gather your documents 

To successfully complete your Vendor Registration, you will need the following documents:

  • Vendor registration form (insert link)
  • Completed W-9 Form
  • Completed City of Medford Business License application

Step 3.We'll review your registration

We'll review your registration and will contact you if we need additional information. Once we approve your registration, you'll have access to the BidSync database. This database will be used by City departments to solicit bids. 

Step 4.Keep in mind

After you complete your vendor registration through BidSync, you can expect the following:

  • As a registered vendor you will have access to view and download solicitations for participation in bidding opportunities for the City.
  • Your registration provides opportunities to submit responses to Request for Proposals and Request for Quotes.
  • Make sure to keep your vendor profile contact information up to date.
