Land Development Review is a step in the land use decision making process. It is an opportunity for applicants to meet with staff to discuss proposed development projects and discover information such as infrastructure availability, code standards, and procedures. Outside agencies, such as ODOT and utility providers, often provide comments at this time.
Land Development Review meetings are held every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. via Zoom. It is not an opportunity for public comment.
Pre-application review is an opportunity for applicants to discover facts and information on ideas for development. The application is discussed at Land Development Review meetings, but no decisions are made. Many pre-applications result in follow-up applications, such as site plan reviews or subdivisions, but some application types, such as middle housing, do not require land use approval. Please contact the Planning Department for information.
