Step 1.First things first

  • You will need to fill out a Temporary Medford Business License application

Step 2.How to submit your application

  • Four ways to submit your business license application packet:
    1. Email: businesslicenses@cityofmedford.org
    2. In person: 200 S. Ivy Street, Lausmann Annex, Second Floor
    3. By mail: City of Medford Attn: B/L, 200 S. Ivy Street, Medford, OR 97501

Step 3.Approval and Payment

  • Review process of your application takes approximately 1-2 business days
  • Once we have your information entered in we will contact you by email with a link for payment
  • License fee is $60
  • Payments can be made online or in person
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, check or cash
  • Once payment has been made, you can request a copy of your license be sent to you by email or a hard copy by mail
