Explore Medford Parks and Recreation’s Fall Activity Guide

The Medford Parks and Recreation's Fall 2026 Activity Guide will arrive in mailboxes this week, offering residents a full lineup of programs, events, and seasonal activities.
The guide highlights a variety of offerings, including:
- Aquatics programs and swimming lessons
- Youth programs, including art, sports, and skating classes
- Adult programs, including hikes, sports leagues, and yoga
- Facility rental opportunities
New this year, Doodlepalooza will be held Friday, Oct. 9, from 6–9 p.m. at Walkabout Brewing Company, following the popular Corgi-Con and Doxin-Dash events. Later in October, the annual Howl-O-Ween Party will take place Oct. 23 from 6–9 p.m. at Rogue X. Admission is $5 per person or free for passholders.
Letters to Santa begin Nov. 9, followed by the annual Winter Lights Festival on Dec. 5 from 5–8 p.m. at Pear Blossom Park. The festival will feature an illuminated parade, live performances, a drone show, and more. Breakfast with Santa kicks off Dec. 12, with registration beginning Oct. 6.
Popular annual events are also returning in 2027, including the Father-Daughter Dance on March 19 and 20 from 6–9 p.m. at Rogue X. Registration begins Jan. 12.
The guide also includes a City Spotlight highlighting recent updates from across Medford. Key projects include updates on Fire Station 15, the Foothill Road Improvement Project, and City investments in downtown early learning.
