Starting Monday, February 26 through Friday, March 1, contractors will install Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) into various sewer and storm lines throughout the City. See date and location information below:
Monday, February 26: Sandy Terrace at Cerritos Avenue
Tuesday, February 27: Wilson Place between Terrace Drive and S. Keene Way
Wednesday, February 28: Tan Oak Drive between Country Club Drive and Sandy Terrace
Thursday, February 29: Fortune Drive between Eastwood Drive and Willamette Avenue
Friday, March 1: Dellwood Avenue from Sutter Avenue to Lindero Avenue
The boiler used to send steam through the pipe during the curing process produces a large plume of exhaust steam that may be visible for long distances, depending on weather conditions.
Please note that this is not a fire, and the Medford Fire Department is aware of the CIPP project.
