A public hearing will be held before the Medford Planning Commission on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 5:30 pm.
What is being considered? Application proposing a tentative plat approval for Cadet Subdivision, a proposed 26-lot residential subdivision planned for single-family residences. The property consists of a single, vacant parcel totaling approximately 8.98 acres (Gross: 9.19 acres), located north of Cadet Drive and with the eastern terminus of Annapolis Drive stubbed at the property’s western boundary. The property is contained within the SFR-4 (Single-Family Residential, four dwelling units per gross acre) zoning district and includes an RZ (Restricted Zoning) administrative mapping overlay (371W15C TL 302).
