Downtown parking enforcement is operated by Diamond Parking, a private company contracted by the City of Medford to enforce parking laws. Instructions for payments are listed on the back of the citation. Pay via credit/debit card, cash, check, money order, or pay online. Participating merchants may offer a voucher to be used in lieu of payment. Ask merchant for details. The Medford Municipal Judge reviews all parking appeals. An appeal must be submitted to Diamond Parking.
Do not go to the Municipal Court in person. Court clerks are unable to assist with parking tickets.
Call: 541-774-2082 Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 -5:00 p.m. to pay your parking ticket by phone.
If you received a parking ticket, your options are listed below.
Option #1: Pay the fine.
Option #2: Written Appearance.
NOTE: Choosing this option waives your right to a personal appearance before the court.

The Medford Municipal Judge will review the letter. If the charge is dismissed, the check is returned to the sender. The appeal process usually takes two weeks. All appeals must be made in writing.
