Appeals

Please be advised that effective May 15, 2026 the Medford Municipal Court will become a court of record.  As a result, the appellate process for cases filed with the Court will change as follows:

• For cases with a first appearance on or after May 15, 2026, appeals will be taken to the Oregon Court of Appeals.

• For cases with a first appearance prior to May 15, 2026, appeals will continue to be taken to the Jackson County Circuit Court.
