Do you have a commercial location for your business in the city limits of Medford?  You will need to apply for your commercial business license.

Do you have a commercial business but not located in Medford?  You will need a Medford business license to conduct business here.

What you need to know!

Step 1.First things first!

1.  Check on zoning for your location, making sure the type of business you have is approved by our Planning Department. Email: planning@cityofmedford.org  -  Let them know the address you are looking at and what type of business you have.

2. Check in with our Building Department to make sure all is good to go permit-wise.  Give them the address where you would like to open and let them know the type of business you have.  Email:  building@cityofmedford.org
