Plans for a new commercial development are moving forward on the southeast corner of Hillcrest Road and North Phoenix Road.
The project, titled Harbor City & Ollie’s East, was submitted by Roxy Corner, LLC. It includes Harbor City Coffee, a 960-square-foot coffee shop, and Ollie's Pizza, a 2,700-square-foot restaurant. Both businesses will feature drive-thru windows.
The plan also includes a courtyard with covered seating, a fire pit, and a turf play area. Space has been designated for three food trucks, with parking and utility hookups provided.
Construction is scheduled to begin in August 2025, according to the contractor.
The Site Plan and Architectural Commission approved the request on July 18, with the final order scheduled for its August 1 meeting.
