A 73-lot single-family residential subdivision is set to come to the north side of Medford.
The Skyview Estates Subdivision will be built on a 17.59-acre portion of a 94.9-acre property, located on the east side of Crater Lake Avenue, about 600 feet north of Coker Butte Road. The property is currently undeveloped.
The first two phases of the project are designed to create residential lots, along with four reserve acreage lots for potential future development to the west, north, and east of the subdivision. The plan also includes four tracts for stormwater treatment and detention, wetlands, and pedestrian access easements.
The next steps of the process include completing and submitting infrastructure design for approval and working on irrigation facilities. Housing construction is projected for several months out.
The Planning Commission approved the final order for Phases 1 and 2 of the development on Thursday, March 27.
