The Medford Public Arts Selection Committee is inviting artists and teams from Jackson and Josephine counties to submit proposals for a new public mural in downtown Medford.

The mural, themed “Connection,” will be installed in the Bartlett–Middleford parking garage connection at 34 N. Bartlett St. and will feature four 4 × 16-foot panels, totaling 256 square feet.

An all-inclusive award of $10,000 covers artist fees, insurance, panels, scaffolding and safety equipment, materials, shipping and transportation, protective coating, and other project costs. Installation will be handled by the City.

Artists may complete the panels on-site or off-site. If completed off-site, artists are responsible for delivery and post-installation touch-ups.
