Free Wood Debris Chipper Days

It's a great time to clear wood debris and reduce fire hazards around your home! Medford Fire and the Parks, Recreation and Facilities Departments are hosting free Wood Debris Chipper Days to help residents keep their properties safe and clean year-round. 
 
The following events are scheduled:
  • Wednesday, April 29 | 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Donahue-Frohnmayer Park & Fichtner-Mainwaring Park
  • Thursday, April 30 | 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Donahue-Frohnmayer Park & Fichtner-Mainwaring Park
  • Saturday, May 2 | 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Oak Grove Elementary
Please keep the following in mind:
  • Clean wood debris only (limbs and branches)
  • Max 8" diameter
  • Please do not bring grass trimmings, weeds, trash or construction materials
  • These events are intended for City of Medford and Medford Rural Fire Protection District 2 Residents (no commercial loads please)
Getting rid of your debris will help reduce fire hazards around your property and minimizes the potential spread if a wildfire event were to occur.
