Downtown Parking Lots Scheduled for Routine Maintenance Closures

Downtown parking lots will be closed on a rotating schedule from mid-June through mid-July as contractors perform routine maintenance, including crack sealing, seal coating, and restriping. Work will primarily take place on weekends.

The following closures are scheduled:

June 13–14

• Evergreen North — 8 W. 4th St.
• Evergreen II — 4 W. Main St.
• Bear Creek North — 501 E. Main St.

June 20–21

• Historic — 146 N. Central Ave.
• Central B — 100, 134, 146 S. Central Ave.
• Unnamed Lot — 125 S. Front St.

June 27–28

• Evergreen South — 5 W. 8th St.
• Bear Creek South — 122 Almond St.
• Riverside South — 223 S. Riverside Ave.

July 4–5

• Central A — 200 Central Ave., 219 S. Front St.

July 11–12

• Craterian — 215 E. 8th St.
• Bartlett South — 31 S. Bartlett St.
• Riverside/Library — 224 S. Riverside Ave.

Ongoing

• Middleford Garage — 314 E. 6th St. (Evenings & Sundays)
