The City of Medford has announced the resignation of City Manager Rob Field, effective November 24, 2025. The Medford City Council extends its gratitude for his contributions and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
The Council remains committed to ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining focus on the City’s priorities and service to the community.
An interim City Manager will be appointed to lead the organization while the Council begins the process of selecting Medford’s next City Manager. The City will provide updates on this process as they become available.
To support continuity during this transition, Assistant City Manager Debbie Grady will serve as the Acting City Manager until an Interim City Manager is selected.
