A public hearing will be held before the Site Plan and Architectural Commission on Friday, June 5, 2026. This hearing has been continued to the July 17, 2026, Meeting.
What is being considered? Consideration of a proposed multi-family development, consisting of 508 units, 12 townhouse units, 8 duplex units, and 23 multi-unit buildings—to be constructed in three phases. The overall site consists of three, vacant parcels totaling approximately 43 acres, located north of Owen Drive and east of Springbrook Road. The parcels are zoned Multiple Family Residential, twenty dwelling units per gross acre, Single-Family Residential, ten dwelling units per gross acre, Service Commercial and Professional Office, Community Commercial, and includes a Restricted Zoning Administrative Mapping overlay.This hearing has been continued to the July 17, 2026, Meeting.

Meeting Information: Site Plan and Architectural Commission meetings are typically held first and third of the month at 12:00 Noon in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
