A public hearing will be held before the Site Plan and Architectural Commission on Friday, February 6, 2026.
What is being considered? Consideration of a proposed pet cremation facility, consisting of a single, 8,036-square foot building composed of a cremation & processing area (3,236 SF) and office space (4,800 SF). The site is located on a single parcel totaling approximately 1.28 acres (gross: 1.55 acres), located south of Highway 238, east of Sage Road, and fronted by N. Central Avenue along its easterly boundary (Address: 1507 N. Central Avenue). The parcel is zoned I-G (General Industrial) (372W24 TL 703).

Meeting Information: Site Plan and Architectural Commission meetings are typically held first and third of the month at 12:00 Noon in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
