What is being considered? Application for consideration of a request for tentative plat approval for the Lozier Loop Subdivision, a six lot residential subdivision on approximately 0.99 acres (1.12 gross acres) zoned SFR-10 (Single Family Residential, 10 dwelling units per gross acre). The subject site is located on the west side of Lozier Lane at the intersection of Lozier Court (318 Lozier Lane, 372W26DC TL 200).
