A public hearing will be held before the Medford Planning Commission on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 5:30 pm.
What is being considered? Application for consideration of a zone change from 3.16 gross acres of C-C (Community Commercial), 4.29 gross acres of C-S/P (Service Commercial and Professional Office) and 0.93 gross acres of SFR-00 (Single Family Residential, one dwelling unit per lot) to 3.16 gross acres of C-C, 4.78 gross acres of C-S/P, and 0.93 acres of SFR-10 (Single Family Residential – 6 to 10 dwelling units per gross acre) on one lot totaling approximately 8.7 acres (8.95 gross acres). The EA (Exclusive Agriculture) overlay will be removed. The property is within Urban Planning Unit MD-7b, and is generally located on the east side of Kings Highway approximately 500 feet north of S Stage Road and at the easterly terminus of Honey Bee Street (382W01D TL 101
