A public hearing will be held before the Medford Planning Commission on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. This hearing has been continued to June 11, 2026.
What is being considered?
PUD-22-092/LDS-22-093/ZC-23-094: Consideration of a request to remove conditions of approval from the Stewart Meadows PUD and subdivision requiring the extension of Myers Lane and the extension of a public pedestrian easement to Myers Lane from the westerly property line. The subject area is south of Garfield Street and west of Anton Drive and is zoned Community Commercial (C-C) and Light Industrial (I-L) and includes an R-Z (Restricted Zoning) Administrative Mapping overlay. This Public Hearing has been continued to the June 11, 2026, meeting.
