Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held before the Medford Planning Commission on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 5:30 P.M.
What is being considered? Consideration of to rezone 46.17 acres within the 47.17 gross acres of two undeveloped tax lots (37S1W06AC TL 2600 and TL2607). Request is to rezone from I-H (Heavy Industrial) to C-H (Heavy Commercial) to be consistent with the GLUP designation of Commercial (CM). Site is located in Northeast Medford, at the western terminus of Kingsley Drive and lies within the (A-R) Airport Radar and (A-C) Airport Area of Concern zoning overlays.

Meeting Information: Planning Commission meetings are typically held the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
