Notice of Public Hearing

A public hearing will be held before the Medford Planning Commission on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 5:30 pm.

What is being considered? Application proposing taentative plat approval for the Owen Drive Subdivision, a proposed 22-lot subdivision—12 townhouse lots, 8 duplex lots, 1 lot to serve as open space and a stormwater facility, and 1 multi-family lot—to be sited on a 10.93-acre tract of land. The subdivision is proposed to be located within Phase I of a larger three-phase, multi-family development, which has been submitted for concurrent review to the Site Plan & Architectural Commission (AC-26-101). The overall site consists of three, vacant parcels totaling approximately 43 acres, located north of Owen Drive and east of Springbrook Road. The parcels are zoned MFR-30, SFR-10, C-S/P, C-C, and includes an RZ Administrative Mapping overlay (371W08AC TL 201 & 371W08 1002, 1001).

Meeting Information: Planning Commission meetings are typically held the second and fourth Thursday of the month at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
