The Utility Billing Department provides customer service as well as billing services for the City of Medford. Utility fees help operate and maintain our city. These fees go towards maintaining the city streets, sewer and storm drain lines. Fees are also used to maintain parks, public right-of-ways and provides funds for public safety.
The City of Medford offers several ways to pay your utility bill. Simplify your life by paying your monthly City of Medford Utilities bill through our Self Service Portal.

Don't want to worry about missing a payment? Set your account up with autopay directly from your checking account or debit/credit card. Its free of charge to Medford residents and businesses.

Auto pay can take up to 30 days to process first payment. To avoid late fees and past due notices continue to pay your bill manually until you see "Autopay" printed at the top of your statement.

Representatives are also available to assist during our business hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

You can also leave a check or money order in our after-hours drop box.
