Step 1.Lets get started

  • Fill out the Medford Business License application
  • Take a screen shot of your "ACTIVE" profile from the Transportation Network Company (Uber, Lyft, etc.) that you drive for

Step 2.How to submit your application

  • Four ways to submit your business license application forms:
    1. Email:  businesslicenses@cityofmedford.org
    2. In person: 200 S. Ivy Street, Lausmann Annex, Second Floor
    3. By mail:  City of Medford Attn: B/L, 200 S. Ivy Street, Medford OR 97501

Step 3.Approval and Payment

  • Review process of your application takes approximately 1-2 business days
  • Once we have your information entered in we will contact you by email with a link for payment
  • Payments can be made online, in person or by mail
  • Your business license will mail out within 7 business days or you can request an emailed copy
