What you need for a your business license!

Step 1.Lets get started

  • Fill out the TNC / TAXI Driver Application
  • The Taxi Company you will be driving for will need to fill out and sign the Taxi Driver Certificate of Compliance form. This form certifies that they have collected the appropriate information from you and processed a background check.

Step 2.How to submit your application

  • Submit your business license application forms:
    1. Email:  businesslicenses@cityofmedford.org
    2. In person: 200 S. Ivy Street, Lausmann Annex, Second Floor
    3. By mail:  City of Medford Attn: B/L, 200 S. Ivy Street, Medford OR 97501

Step 3.Approval and Payment

  • Review process of your application takes approximately 1-2 business days
  • Fees are based on the General Business License Fee schedule
  • Once we have your information entered in, we will contact you by email with a link for payment
  • Payments can be made online, in person or by mail
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, check or cash
  • Your business license will mail out within 7 business days, or you can request an emailed copy
