Lane, Sidewalk, & Road Closures - May 11-20

Please note the following traffic impact items:

LANE CLOSURES

  • Hawthorne Street: one lane will be closed with pedestrian controls in place, while Asplundh performs work in the public right-of-way, May 16 – May 20 between 8:30am - 4pm.
  • Main Street: one lane will be closed with pedestrian controls in place, while Asplundh performs work in the public right-of-way, May 16 – May 20 between 8:30am - 4pm.
  • W. Main Street from Ross Lane to Renault Avenue:  Expect lane closures with flaggers will be in place ,while City crews perform street maintenance, May 11, between 7 am – 5 pm.
  • Summit Avenue from E. McAndrews Road to Clark Street:  Expect lane closures with flaggers in place, while City crews lower manholes for asphalt overlay, May 11 - 12, between 7 am – 5 pm.
  • E. McAndrews Road from Royal Avenue to Crater Lake Avenue:  Expect lane closures with traffic controls in place, while City crews lower manholes for asphalt overlay, May 11 - 12, between 7 am – 5 pm.

SIDEWALK CLOSURE

  • Oakdale Avenue from Stewart to Belmont: the sidewalk on the west side of Oakdale will be closed with traffic controls in place, while Quality Tree Service preforms work in the right-of-way, May 12 between 8:30am – 4pm.

ROAD CLOSURE

  • 12th Street/Cottage Street Bridge: both lanes will be closed with pedestrian controls in place, while J&J Tree Service performs work in the public right-of-way, May 12- 13 between 8:30am - 4pm.

Travelers should expect delays associated with this work and are advised to seek alternate routes and parking. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in keeping Medford's work zones safe. Work schedules are dependent on weather conditions and other factors.
