The City of Medford is excited to share an update on the Downtown 2040 Plan, a visionary project designed to enhance and revitalize the heart of our city for the future. As part of this effort, the City previously gathered community input, where residents shared their ideas and helped shape the plan.

Now, we invite you to join us for an Open House!  This event will be offered in a hybrid format, with an in-person option at the Holly Theatre on January 30, from 5:30-7:30PM, and an Online Open House hosted on the City’s project webpage that will allow you to participate at your convenience over a two-week period.

The purpose of this event is to:
  • Provide an update on project and what information has been produced and delivered to date.
  • Get input on the Code Changes proposed, architectural/site design standards, and layout of the code.
  • Review proposed locations downtown (activation areas) and gather feedback what would help to redevelop, enhance, and improve these locations/spaces.
  • Help answer questions and identify next steps.
Tours of the restored Holly Theatre will also be provided!

If you can't make it to the in-person event, you can virtually provide your feedback at the Online Open House.
