A public hearing will be held before the Medford Planning Commission on Thursday, May 23, 2024. 

What is being considered? Consideration of tentative plat approval for the Habiview Subdivision, a proposed 9-lot residential subdivision (1 detached single-family lot and 8 townhouse lots, along with a developer tract for future development) proposed in two phases; along with Exception requests for relief from lot depth and street design standards. The site consists of three contiguous parcels totaling approximately 1.81 acres (Gross: 1.92 acres) and is zoned SFR-6 (Single Family Residential, six dwelling units per gross acre). The site is fronted by Grandview Drive along its northerly boundary, Kerry Drive is stubbed at its westerly boundary, and Alcan Drive is stubbed at its southerly boundary (addresses: 1900 & 1920 Grandview Avenue). Meeting Information: Planning Commission meetings are typically held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 5:30pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 411 W. 8th Street.
