Due to high temperatures, a cooling shelter will be open Saturday - Sunday (June 25-26) from 12 – 8 PM. The shelter will be at the Jackson County Library in Medford located operated at 205 South Central Avenue.
Do you own a surveillance camera that records video footage, and do you want to help the police solve crime? Register your home or business surveillance camera with the Medford Police Department. The information will help police contact you quickly to identify criminals in your neighborhood. Registration is entirely voluntary and all personal information gathered is for official use only, and will not be released to any member of the general public.
The goal of the camera registry program is to deter crime and promote public safety through collaboration between the Medford Police and the community we serve. Each registrant will receive a S.C.R.A.M program sticker in the mail that can be posted in a visible area to alert others to your participation in the program.
